When we got out of the airport, right at the entrance there was a stand in order to guide and hel you. The buses were already there, waiting for us, in ~10 mins we got on our way, buses had AC, driver took us to Venice very nice and smooth, totally recommend !

All I can say was a excellent service. We came out of the airport and bus was there met a lovely man who showed us to what bus .left airport within 10 mins it was clear and comfortable and was in Venice within a hr. On return asked a chap for our return bus which he showed us .got on and left on time .only tip is get there about 20mins before departure to make sure u get a seat as its first come

The coach was great both from and returning to the airport for our return journey. I would absolutely book it again. Although I can’t fault the bus service, I would like to add a word of warning to other travellers to be vigilant for pickpockets after arriving at Piazzale Roma. My purse was taken out of my bag probably on the crowded vaporetto (water-bus) after buying tickets at the ticket office at Piazzale Roma. The thieves must have watched me enter my PIN when purchasing the tickets before making off with my debit card and helping themselves to the contents of my bank account. Don’t let this put you off visiting Venice though, it is beautiful, but just be mindful to keep a close eye on your valuables! As for the ATVO airport coach service I would absolutely recommend it as a convenient and inexpensive way to transfer to and from Venice. A private transfer would be much more costly.
