Full description

What would Venice be without a bar hop, this amazing city is already outstanding with her magnificent palaces, churches and architectural monuments and yet we noticed that there was something missing!! A great alternative to the generally slow night life of Venice, and one of the best ways to meet fellow travellers from around the world. Our tour starts by the Ca' Rezzonico Museum just by the vaporetto stop at 5.00pm, you will meet our fun staff member who will be holding a sign saying "I'm doing it Venetian Style". Meandering through the Labyrinth of small alleyways and campi, we visit 3 local bars know as Bacari in the Venetian dialect. In each bar or in venetian "bacaro" you will be offered an "Ombra", a glass of local wine, and at the final bar you will have the chance to try the very popular Venetian "spritz". You will also taste the typical venetian cicchetti (tapas) in each bacaro. We highly recommend that you book in advance.

Es war ein sehr unterhaltsamer und beschwingter Abend. Unser Guide hat uns eindrucksvoll und mit viel Humor und Leichtigkeit in die italienische Vita eingeführt. Historisches kam nicht zu kurz. Ein guter Mix. Ein echter Venezianer und trotzdem viel in der Welt unterwegs. Englisch war eigentlich die angesagte Toursprache, konnte aber auch perfekt Französisch und Deutsch. Wunderschöne Bars haben wir besucht. War sehr bemüht um uns. Jederzeit wieder. 🤩 Danke

We enjoyed dressing up for the carnival themed pub crawl. The experience was a bit short as you get 1 drink in 3 pubs. You also get a nice guided walk around Venice with some history lessons. The best part was chatting with other adventurers from around the world.

We have used Get Your Guide in many countries and their guides are always first rate. Sergio was fabulous with much enthusiasm and information. However, the bacari (bars) that they chose were very low end and ordinary with terrible beverages and the cicchetti were inedible. This would be a great tour with a better selection of locations.
