Everything worked out great with the meeting point, we were lucky that we were only allowed to experience the transfer as a couple, and it was a great start to our Venice vacation. Great ride up to about 5 minutes walking distance to our hotel. Again any time!!! That was great and with a very nice driver. Thank you Claudia and Ronnie

It was our understanding when I booked this excursion, that the taxi would take us all the way to our hotel! It turned out they put us on a shared taxi and the driver said they do not go to hotels on smaller canals, so they would only dropped us off at a point along the Grand Canal, and we had to walk the remaining 6 blocks to our hotel after hiring a porter to carry our bags over a bridge! It was a horrible experience! Will never book in advance again like this!
