The tour was really nice and the guide was not boring at all. I went there with a group of friends and we really enjoyed this experience, they opened our eyes about what happened there. Furthermore, the driver was a good one and the guy helping the driver on the bus has been really nice and available to help us with our questions. I absolutely recommend them if you want to visit Auschwitz and Birkenau

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I had booked a tour for 10:30am about week before the journey. 2 Days prior to the trip I got a phone call and a very nice-sounding lady informed me, there are some covid limitations and unfortunately the trip needs to be postponed to 13:30 same day. I agreed and a few minutes later got a message saying: "(...) So the starting time of the tour had to be changed. The tour starts at 13:30. (...)" I booked a trip without transportation. We got to the museum exactly at 13:30, hoping there will be no other delay. From the "tour leader" we got tickets for 14:30. SO FOR THIS COMPANY "THE TOUR STARTS" MEANS GATHERING TIME! WE HAD TO STAY AT THE PARKING LOT FOR AN HOUR AND WAIT FOR NO ONE KNOWS WHAT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
