We enjoyed learning so much in a short time about the history of Venice. Tips: skip the audio guide. (The descriptions are in English, posted in each room and easy to read.) Go early! (By 11:00, the stairwells are packed.) it was well worth the time and $ to skip the line.

Excellent once we found where to collect tickets from. We looked day before trip because it stated we needed to get tickets and enter the doges palace at same time and the two places were no where near each other. It took us an hour to find the news stand after asking a police officer and in bureau exchange for advice . It was no where near the instructions stated . The news stand was not the colour it stated in instructions and the sign we were looking for was tiny . It was stressful and we nearly gave up and were prepared to loose our money . Finally I spotted a lady who was doing a tour who worked for same company and she helped us thank goodness. Actual tour was fantastic but ticket collection was stressful

It went well with the reservation and the handover of the tickets at a nearby kiosk, but the handover was a bit unfriendly. Access was really possible without queuing. The stay in the Doge's Palace was very impressive and definitely not to be missed.
