It was amazing! The tour in the market was interesting and the oil tasting was great. It could have been a little shorter though so that there will be more time for cooking. Our group was small so it was very pleasant. We cooked 4 dishes and it was delicious. Francesco was very funny and we loved the whole experience!

    Clear recommendation, with smear

We were alone in the course, so the cook and 2 guests. Unfortunately, this reduces the social component of a group cooking course. However, it would also have made it possible to respond to the individual guests' level of knowledge. Unfortunately that didn't happen. We unfortunately had no influence on what is cooked. But otherwise the course was great. Clear recommendation.

Wonderful activity with a great cook

Wonderful activity with a great cook. The chef knew a lot and shared it with us at the market. Then we cooked a wonderful four-course menu with a very international and entertaining group. Would book it again anytime. After the market visit, the cooking class took place in a Florentine cooking school town. Very attentive auxiliary churches have constantly cleaned the workplaces and provided the ingredients. So you could fully concentrate on cooking and learning. Really good.
