We did the market tour + cooking class combo with Chefactory, and it was so much fun! Greta was really friendly and knowledgeable, and super patient with our many questions. The food was great, and the course was enjoyable for both beginners (me) and folks with more cooking experience (my parents). They were also able to accommodate vegetarians. Thank you, Greta!

My partner and I had a wonderful experience. Our chef guide Stefan and his assistant Agnes were very personable, knowledgeable and taught us how to make a typical 4 course Tuscan cuisine. We started with a comprehensive tour around the Mercato, where we were given the opportunity to taste test different aged vinegars, truffles and olive oils. We then went to Chef Factory, where we were met by the very friendly owner. They run a range of courses over the week, including a pizza and galto course, and a pasta making one. We made our own Tiramisu, pasta with kale and walnut pesto, chicken and vinegar veg, and a mozzarella tomato aubergine stacks. All thorough delicious, and easy to try again at home. Truly a delicious and recommend experience.
