Take an exciting cooking course and learn to make your own authentic fresh pasta, following traditional Italian recipes. Under the expert guidance of a multilingual chef, learn how to make high-quality fresh pasta, both using a rolling pin and a pasta machine. Use classic recipes and methods that you will remember and use for years to come. Make 3 different types of delicious pasta with 3 different sauces, as well as a typical Italian dessert. The course will be followed by a lunch or dinner featuring the dishes you have prepared during the class as well as a fine Tuscan wine in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Absolutely amazing time! There were a large group of people at the tables during the meal time, but we were split into groups of 6-7 with a designated chef to cook so did not affect the experience! Very hands on with lots of fun interaction. 10/10 experience, definitely a highlight of our trip! Incredible value for the price, and the food you eat at the end (that you make) is delicious.

Very fun! We learned a lot and the class was very hands on. There were about 9-10 of us and we all got to chop veggies, make the pasta dough, create the pasta shapes, and work together to make the main sauce. Our instructor was very clear and helpful and the food turned out amazing!

it was a pleasure to take part in that experience, the cooks are all very nice and offer great advice and teach you some small tips and tricks as well. Our group was quite cool, and filled with people from all over the world (usa, australia, canada, germany, and the netherlands) - which makes it really interesting and it gives you a great chance to get to know people! i can only recommend it :)
