This half day experience is very fulfilling and is an awesome trip. We were concerned that we wouldn't get much out of a half day but it was a perfect time to see an authentic Moroccan village. The guide was very knowledgable and each stop was spent taking pictures and learning more about the Berber culture. Overall a great day out and well worth the money. The hike is not for the light hearted and could be difficult for the less abled or elderly. But well worth it if you can manage the climb.

An unforgettable experience. First of all, our driver Hassan was very friendly, polite, and a gentleman. There are lots of trips to the Atlas Mountains available, but a great driver and guide makes a lot of difference. Our first stop was at an Argan Oil cooperative. We were also served refreshments and tea here, which was very lovely. There was no pressure to buy anything at all, during the time we were there. Tip: if you're planning to buy organic, natural argan oil - buy it from here. The feel of their argan oil on your skin is incomparable to those you find in the Medina. We then began our ascent to the Atlas Mountains. We stopped at a beautiful Mosque which was built in the early 13th century. This was my favourite part, as the Mosque was placed with a backdrop of the beautiful mountains. It was also very tranquil and calm. Afterwards, we were invited to a local Berber family's home for lunch. The lunch was delicious, and their hospitality was heartwarming.

This tour requires you to be very flexible, you drive a lot and you stop at the time and the places determined by the driver, no time for going around and explore the areas. Our driver was a lovely and very patient one, however, the different guides during the stopovers were pretty rude and unprepared. They showed us broccolis and coles plantations, their own places and basically spent most of the time waiting us to buy stuff at their agreed shops. The hotel at the stopover was horror, food was cold and so the rooms. The final accommodation (including a fantastic camel ride) was finally excellent prepared and organized (despite the very cold night) This experience was worth alle the rest! The group we were with was really nice. I would recommend only if you lower your expectations to zero and are very very ZEN.

The scenery was breathtaking with the high Atlas Mountains streaked with snow. The walk to the waterfall was exhilarating but well worth it. I have found the Moroccan people so friendly and Abdulla our excellent guide was no exception. He was very thoughtful, helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable about Morocco and everything of interest. The lunch at a local berbers home was delicious and a wonderful experience. All in all despite it being a long day travelling many miles, I would highly recommend this trip.

Five star experience, simply amazing from start to finish. Abdul is an amazing, fun loving guide. The day out has been thoughtfully put together from the beautiful waterfall to five (plus) stunning valleys. The highlight of the day is the delicious lunch with the welcoming Berber family and the closing visit to the local market brings out the essence of true Moroccan experience. Our thanks to Abdul.
